Cheese Ball

1 8oz package cream cheese
1 small package ranch dressing mix
1/4 c minced onion
3 tbs mayonnaise
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c finely chopped pecans

Mix all together and form ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with buttered crackers.
