Cranberry Cinnamon Granola Bars
2 c low-fat granola cereal
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c sweetened dried cranberries
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
vegetable cooking spray
Combine first 6 ingredients, and press mixture evenly into an 8-inch
square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire
rack 5 minutes, and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
