Easy Granola
7 3/4 c regular oats, uncooked
1 1/4 c flaked coconut
3/4 c brown sugar
1 c wheat germ
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c salted sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/3 c water
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 c raisins
Combine all ingredients but raisins in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine oil,
water and vanilla flavoring and pour over oat mixture. Spread into two large,
shallow pans. Bake at 250°F for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool. Stir in raisins.
