Makes 20-25 glasses
or 50 punch cups

Fruited Iced Tea
2 c sugar
1 c water
2 c strong tea (from 6 tea bags)
1 c lemon juice
2 1/2 c orange juice
2 c frozen pineapple juice
2 c frozen strawberries
1 qt ginger ale
Make a syrup with sugar and water. Let cool. Add strong tea, fruit
juices and enough water to make 1 1/2 gallons. Stir in strawberries
and ginger ale just before serving.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
