Serves 30

Hot Spiced Tea

4 qt water
1 tsp whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
15 bags tea or 5 tbs loose tea
1 1/4 c sugar
1 c orange juice
3/4 c lemon juice

Brig water to boil. Add spices and bring to full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add tea. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain. Add sugar, stir. Pour in fruit juices. Keep hot, but do not boil.
