Ann's Rolls

1/4 c Crisco [shortening]
2 1/2 tbs sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 package yeast dissolved in 1/8 c water
1/2 c warm water
1 3/4 c flour

Add yeast/water mixture to Crisco, sugar, egg, and salt. Add warm water. Add flour. Let rise over night. Cut into rolls, let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
