Pumpkin Bread
3 c flour
1 tsp allspice
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 c sugar
3 t baking powder
1/2 c oil
2 c pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts
1 c raisins or dates
Stir together first 7 ingredients. Add oil, add pumpkin. Add eggs one
at a time. Add vanilla, pecans and raisins. Bake in soup cans at
325° for 1 hour.
