Sourdough Bread
1 c sourdough starter
1 1/2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1 tsp salt
6 c flour (2 c wheat, 4 c white)
Mix well. Let stand all night. In morning, knead dough lightly.
Divide into 3 parts. Place in pans sprayed with Pam. Let rise 6-9
hours. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
