Makes 2 loaves

Zucchini Bread

3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c nuts
3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c shredded zucchini
1 8oz can chopped pineapple, drained

Combine 1st 6 ingredients. Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add to dry stuff. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, cool 10 minutes. 1 box frozen broccoli, cut
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 small onion, chopped
2 c grated cheese
1 stick Oleo
4 eggs, beaten
pinch of salt

Mix all. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
