Orange Pecans

1 tbs grated orange rind
1/4 c orange juice
1 c sugar
4 c pecan halves

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in pecans; continue to cook, stirring until pecans are coated and all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat; stir just until pecans are separated. Spread onto wax paper to cool.
