Pepper Jelly

3 large bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c hot peppers (5 or 6)
1 1/2 c cider vinegar

Puree in blender. Strain through colander. Add 6 1/2 cups sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle pectin. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into jelly glasses, top with paraffin. 6 c figs
6 c sugar
3 boxes strawberry jello

Mash figs. Add sugar and jello. Cook all for 15 minutes.
