Breakfast Casserole

6 slices bread, broken up
6 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
1 lb bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 c grated cheese

Put bread pieces in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread sausage on top. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt; mix. Pour over the bread and sausage. Cheese on top. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Let stand 10 minutes before baking at 350° for 45 minutes.
