Broccoli Casserole with Curry
2 packages frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
juice of one lemon
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/4 c Oleo
Cook broccoli, drain. Fill casserole, pour lemon juice on. Mix
mayonnaise, soup, curry. Pour over broccoli. Top with crackers.
Bake at 375° until bubbly.
