Chicken & Dressing
1 8oz package herb stuffing
1 c Oleo
2 1/2 c chicken
1/2 c celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c broth, hot
1/2 c chopped onion
Mix stuffing, oleo, and broth. Toss. Place half of stuffing mixture
in greased dish. Mix chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, soup. Spread
on stuffing. Add rest of stuffing. Beat 3 eggs, mix with milk and pour
over stuffing. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for
30-40 minutes.
