Chicken Casserole
2 large cans chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c chicken broth
2 c sour cream
2 packages Peppridge Farm cornbread mix (plain)
3/4 stick butter [6 tbs]
1 cup chicken broth
Place canned chicken in bottom of 9x13 casserole. Mix cream of
chicken soup, 1/2 cup broth, sour cream. Pour over chicken. Cover top with
cornbread mix. Mix butter and 1 cup chicken broth, pour over dressing. Bake at
350° for about 30 minutes.
