Hot Pineapple Casserole
2 large cans chunk pineapple
1 c sugar
5 tbs flour
1 1/2 c cheese
3/4 c Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Place drained pineapple in 2-quart greased casserole. Combine flour
and sugar and pour on pineapple. Sprinkle cheese on flour mixture.
Cover with cracker crumbs. Pour melted margarine over. Bake at
350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
