Squash Casserole
3 c squash, cooked, mashed
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c onion, chopped
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1/2 c pimento
2 scrambled eggs, cooked
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 c cream
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted
Mix. Top with grated cheese and butter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
