Sweet Potato Casserole
2 eggs
3 c mashed potatoes
1 c sugar
1/3 c almonds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Oleo
2 tbs milk
1/2 c coconut
1 c small marshmallows
Topping:
1 c light brown sugar
1 c nuts
1/3 c flour
1/3 c Oleo
Add casserole ingredients to mashed potatoes, mix well. Pour in
greased casserole. Crumble topping over. Bake at 350° for
25 to 35 minutes.
