Zucchini Casserole
1 6oz package Stove Top Stuffing, mix together by directions
1 1/2 c zucchini, cut up
1/2 can cheese soup
1/2 c onion, chopped
pinch garlic salt
salt and pepper
1/2 pint sour cream
Mix together all ingredients except stuffing. Cover casserole with
stuffing and put stuffing in bottom of dish. Bake at 350° for
30 minutes.
