Boiled Custard

2 c scalded milk
3 egg yolks or 2 eggs
1/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar and salt. Add hot milk. Stir constantly. Cook until spoon is coated.
