Chocolate Eclair Dessert
1 lb box graham crackers
16oz cool whip
2 small boxes french vanilla pudding
1 container of cake frosting (chocolate)
4 c milk
Prepare pudding with milk and combine with cool whip. Line bottom of
pan with graham crackers (whole, not crumbled). Layer with half of
pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers. Layer with
rest of pudding. Top with graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours or
overnight. Top with frosting. Keep refrigerated.
