Strawberry Delight
48 large marshmallows
juice of 1 lemon
1 10oz package frozen strawberries, thawed, sliced, drained
2 c whipping cream, whipped
1 8" pound cake
Melt marshmallows over hot water. Stir in lemon juice. Remove from
heat. Add strawberries, mix. Fold in whipped cream. Split cake into
4 layers. Spread with mix and frost top. Chill overnight.
