Potato Moussaka

5 big potatoes thinly sliced
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
8 oz tomatoes
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
parsley

White Sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 stick butter
1/2 pint milk
1/2 c flour
grated cheese
1 beaten egg

Fry meat, onion, tomato in 1/2 stick butter.
Cover bottom of greased casserole dish with potatoes. Season.
Cover with meat mix.
Repeat until all used ending with potatoes. Add egg and cheese to sauce and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
