Peach Fried Pie

2 (8 oz) dried peaches
1/2 c sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
egg pastry
oil

Pastry
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 c shortening
1 egg beaten
4 tbs water
1 tsp vinegar

[Pastry directions:] Mix dry ingredients - cut in shortening. Mix egg and water. Sprinkle over dry. Add vinegar, stir. Wrap in wax paper. Chill 1 hour before using.

[Pie directions:] Cut 5" circle using old can. 3 tbs peaches.
