Serves 8

Balinese Luncheon

6 chicken breasts (12 pieces)
2 c cooked rice
1 large can Chinese noodles
sliced tomato
chicken gravy
1 c chopped green onion
1 1/2 c chopped celery
8 slices canned pineapple
1 c grated cheese
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 c coconut

Cook and bone chicken and cut in bite size. Cook rice. All served at room temperature except rice and gravy. Pass in order:
1. rice
2. noodles
3. chicken
4. gravy
5. tomato
6. onion
7. celery
8. pineapple
9. cheese
10. gravy
11. almond
12. coconut
