Lime Salad
1 package Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c cold water
2 small packages lime Jello
1 c hot water
1 c pineapple juice
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c mayonnaise
1 20 oz cottage cheese
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 small evaporated milk
1 c nuts
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add gelatin mix and pineapple juice.
Cool. Add rest of stuff in order listed. Congeal in large mold.
