Overnight Slaw

1 medium head cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 c green pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8 to 10 pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 tbs prepared mustard
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp celery seeds

Combine cabbage, green pepper, onion, olives, and salt in a large bowl; mix well and set aside.
Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, and celery seeds in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing lightly; chill overnight.
