Vegetable Salad
1 can English peas
1 can pinto beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can carrots
1 can French cut green beans
1 jar pimiento
water chestnut
2 c chopped onion
2 c chopped celery
2 bell peppers, chopped
Drain and mix all vegetables.
Dressing
1/2 c oil
1 c sugar
1 c apple cider vinegar
1 tbs salt
2 tbs water
1 tbs black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Bring dressing ingredients to a boil, cool. Pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate.
